On July 4, 2009 I had the privilege to be in the Chesterfield, Indiana parade to help promote my sisters and brother in law's business called Suds Express Laundromat.Much to my surprise, the next morning, my picture (see above) was in the Muncie Star front page paper.
If they only knew my wonderful "victory" story of me being a cancer survivor! I am also wearing my mothers costume that she made which made this an extra special day of celebration!
